Restorative Solutions CIC are looking to recruit a permanent Finance Manager to play both a key and interactive role during an exciting period of change. The organisation was established in 2004 with the mission of embedding Restorative Practice across all communities.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Finance Manager is a key member of the team and is a broad and varied position. The successful candidate will play a lead role in project accounting, providing effective and useful management information, restrictive fund accounting as well as business partnering with a diverse range of non-finance stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with significant relevant experience. You will have a working knowledge of the Not for Profit finance regulations and experience of producing year-end accounts and preparing for audit. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment and enthused by the opportunity to drive the organisation forward.
